AN ACT establishing a ground ambulance cost reporting program and a study by an independent actuarial and accounting expert of the cost of providing ground ambulance services in the state.

Amend paragraph I as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 1 with the following:
I. Beginning on the effective date of this section, the insurance commissioner, or "commissioner", shall oversee the process
