Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 409-FN
The Committee on Enrolled Bills to which was referred SB 409-FN
AN ACT relative to reimbursement for ambulance services under the state Medicaid plan and making an appropriation therefor and making an appropriation to the department of health and human services to support recreational activities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 409-FN
This enrolled bill amendment inserts a renumbering contingency to avoid a conflict with SB 554 and makes a technical correction to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 409-FN
Amend the bill by inserting after section 4 the following and renumbering the original section 5 to read as 6:
5 Contingency. If SB 554 of the 2024 legislative session becomes law, RSA 126-A:5, XXXV as inserted by section 1 of this act shall be renumbered to read as RSA 126-A:5, XXXVI.
Amend paragraph VI as inserted by section 4 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:
designated in paragraph IV to prioritize services previously included in individualized budgets.
