This enrolled bill amendment makes technical and grammatical corrections to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 417-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to out-of-home placements for children and making an appropriation therefor.
Amend the bill by replacing line 2 of RSA 169-C:19-d, II as inserted by section 2 with the following:
visitation with siblings, unless such visitation would be harmful to the child or sibling.
