39:1 Committee to Study the Long-Term Impact of the New Hampshire Adult Parole System. Amend 2023, 78:5 to read as follows:

78:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, 2023.

39:2 Prospective Repeal. 2023, 78, relative to establishing a committee to study the long-term impact of the New Hampshire adult parole system, is repealed.

39:3 Effective Date.

I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect January 1, 2025.

II. The remainder of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
