Amendment to SB 435
Amend RSA 547:3, I(c) as inserted by section 17 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(c) The interpretation and construction of wills and the creation by judgment or decree, interpretation, construction, modification, and termination of those trusts described in [RSA 564-A:1, I] RSA 564-B:1-103(34).
