Amendment to SB 441
Amend subparagraph II(b) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(b) The commissioner of education, or designee.
Amend paragraph II as inserted by section 1 of the bill by inserting after subparagraph (f) the following new subparagraph:
(g) Two representatives of business and industry.
