Amendment to SB 442-FN

 

Amend RSA 194-F:1, VI(b) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(b)  A student whose enrollment transfer request was denied pursuant to RSA 193:3, and exhausted all appeals granted in RSA 193:3.
