STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the duties of the grid modernization advisory group.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Grid Modernization Advisory Group; Duty Added. Amend RSA 12-P:16, II(a) by inserting after subparagraph (4) the following new subparagraph:
(5) By November 1, 2024, specific recommendations on long-term transmission planning by the distribution utilities regulated by the public utilities commission as well as the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative pursuant to integrated resource plans, which include recoverable costs for investments in grid modernization, as defined in RSA 374-F:2, XI.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
