STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the prohibition on the sale of hemp products containing certain levels of THC.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
165:1 Repeal. 2023, 237:7, relative to the repeal of the prohibition on hemp-derived products containing THC, is repealed.
165:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
