ANALYSIS
This bill eliminates the requirement that a retail motor vehicle dealer submit a form notifying the New Hampshire department of motor vehicles of a sale of a vehicle to a Massachusetts resident.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to sale of a vehicle to a Massachusetts resident.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 261:56-a, relative to vehicles sold to Massachusetts residents, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 30 days after its passage.
