Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 547
This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 547
Amend section 4 of the bill by deleting lines 22 and 23.
Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 227-M:15 as inserted by section 8 of the bill by replacing line 1 with the following:
227-M:15 Public Access; Liability. Lands and interests in lands purchased with funds from this program by any eligible applicant
