Floor Amendment to SB 555-FN
Amend the bill by replacing all after section 1 with the following:
2 Prospective Repeal of Cost Sharing of Insurer Rebates with Enrollees. Amend 2020, 15:3, I to read as follows:
I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2024] 2025.
I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect June 30, 2024.
II. The remainder of this act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill revises the annual reporting requirement for pharmacy benefits managers regarding pharmaceutical rebates. The bill also extends the prospective repeal of RSA 415-A:7, relative to cost sharing of rebates between insurers and enrollees, to July 1, 2025.
