STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Managed Care Law; Provider Contract Standards. Amend RSA 420-J:8, VIII by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) A health carrier shall not establish payment or reimbursement provisions based solely on a participating advanced practice registered nurse’s licensure.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2025.
