STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 City of Franklin; Officer Bradley Haas Memorial Highway. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the section of Route 127 from Central Street in Franklin to the town line of Sanbornton shall be named the Officer Bradley Haas Memorial Highway. Appropriate signage shall be placed along the designated portion of the highway. The department of transportation shall make and install such signage. The design of any signage or other markers shall be approved by the department.
2 Signage. The city of Franklin shall maintain the signage and bear the costs of such maintenance. The costs to design, manufacture, and install any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall be a charge to the state, to be paid out of general funds. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for the sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
