AN ACT extending the closing date of the OHRV trails on the Connecticut River Headwaters property from September 30 to Columbus Day.

This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 127-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT extending the closing date of the OHRV trails on the Connecticut Lakes headwaters working forest property.
Amend section 1 of the bill by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
Amend RSA 215-A by inserting after section 3-b the following new section:
215-A:3-c Connecticut Lakes Headwaters Working Forest; OHRV Trail Annual Closure Date.
