AN ACT relative to recommendations of the joint committee on employee classification.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

20:1 State Officers; Compensation; Positions Deleted. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I (b) by deleting:

CC Adult parole board director of operations

DD Department of revenue administration director of collections

GG Department of corrections director of rehabilitative services

HH Department of health and human services director, division of long term supports

& services

HH Department of corrections unit director-non medical

II Department of health and human services director of information services

20:2  State Officers; Compensation; Positions Added.  Amend RSA 94:1-a, I (b) by inserting:

DD Department of health and human services staff attorney, division for children youth

and services, bureau of general council

EE Department of health and human services supervising staff attorney, division for

children, youth, and families, bureau of

general council

FF Department of health and human services supervising regional attorney, division for

20:3  Compensation of Certain State Officers; Salary Adjustment for Recruitment or Retention; Director of Nursing.  Amend RSA 94:3-b, II (f) to read as follows:

(f)  Director of nursing, department of corrections, [$110,000-$155,000] $142,000-$210,740

20:4  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
