Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend RSA 287-J:6, I as inserted by section 68 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
I. Each video lottery terminal licensee shall collect a tax equal to 35 percent of gross video lottery revenue, less any free play offered by the operator, for distribution under paragraph II.
