Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by replacing section 429 with the following:
429 Department of Health and Human Services; Availability of Funds Directive. The department of health and human services shall ensure that all use of Title IV-E funds are in compliance with federal law and adhere to the federal program’s intent. The department shall provide a detailed report twice annually of all federal funds received and expended from Title IV-E to the oversight committee on health and human services established in RSA 126-A:13, the senate finance and children and family law committees, the house children and family law and finance committees, and the fiscal committee of the general court.

172. Mandates that the department of health and human services ensure all available Title IV-E, Administration for Children and Families funds are in compliance with federal law and adhering to the federal program's intent.
