Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by inserting after section 463 the following and renumbering the original section 464 to read as 465:
464 New Paragraph; Childhood Immunization Requirements. Amend RSA 141-C:20-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. Nothing in this section shall require a vaccine that has not been shown in clinical trials to prevent transmission of any disease.
