STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

 

AN ACT relative to initial license requirements for licensed social work associates.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

26:1 Licensed Social Work Associate: Initial License.  Amend RSA 330-A:18-c, I(a)(5) to read as follows:

(5) Pass a [national proctored examination approved by the board] uniform competence assessment examination of social work knowledge, skills, and abilities approved by the New Hampshire board of mental health practice.

26:2  Licensed Social Work Associate: Initial License.  Amend RSA 330-A:18-c, I(b)(5) to read as follows:

(5) Pass a [national proctored examination approved by the board] uniform competence assessment examination of social work knowledge, skills, and abilities approved by the New Hampshire board of mental health practice.

26:3  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
