Amendment to HB 309-FN
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following and renumbering the original sections 1 and 2 to read as 2 and 3:
2 Proceedings In Special Cases; Prohibited Practices and Security Deposits; Remedies. Amend RSA 540-A:4, IX(d) to read as follows:
(d) The provisions of subparagraph (a) shall not apply to any violation of 540-A:3, V-a, V-b, [or] V-c, or X.
