Floor Amendment to HB 340-FN
Amend RSA 659:44-a, IV as inserted by section 1 of the bill by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:
(e) Public universities, colleges, or institutions of higher education conducting public opinion polls or surveys.
