Amendment to HB 382
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT repealing the requirement that vehicle funding loan contracts have successive periodic payments that are substantially equal in amount.
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Repeal. RSA 361-A:17, VI(c), relative to the requirement that vehicle funding loan contracts have successive periodic payments that are substantially equal in amount, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

This bill repeals the requirement that vehicle funding loan contracts have successive periodic payments that are substantially equal in amount.
