STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

 

AN ACT repealing the requirement that vehicle funding loan contracts have successive periodic payments that are substantially equal in amount.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 361-A:17, VI(c), relative to the requirement that vehicle funding loan contracts have successive periodic payments that are substantially equal in amount, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
