Floor Amendment to HB 405

 

Amend RSA 633:12, I as inserted by section 2 of the bill by inserting after subparagraph (i) the following new subparagraphs:

 

(j) A person licensed in reflexology, structural integration, and/or Asian bodywork therapy under RSA 328-H, as appointed by the advisory board of reflexology, structural integration, and Asian bodywork therapy.

(k) A massage therapist licensed under RSA 328-B, as appointed by the advisory board of massage therapists.

 

Amend RSA 633:12, VI as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

VI. The first named house member shall be the chairperson of the commission and shall call the first meeting of the commission to be held within 45 days of the effective date of this section. The commission shall hold a minimum of 10 meetings over the course of its study. A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum.
