Floor Amendment to HB 408
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT changing the date of the state primary election to the last Tuesday in August.
Amend RSA 653:8 as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
653:8 State Primary Election. The state primary election shall be held on the [second] last Tuesday in [September] August of every even-numbered year.
