1 Medicaid Enhancement for Children and Pregnant Women; Reporting Requirement. RSA 167:68, IV(d) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

(d) Beginning October 1, 2025, and for the remainder of the biennium ending June 30, 2027, the commissioner of the department of health and human services shall submit quarterly reports to the oversight committee on health and human services, the legislative committees with jurisdiction over health and human services, and the governor regarding the department's administration of the Medicaid enhancement for children and pregnant women for 12 months of continuous coverage for the entire postpartum period. Beginning July 1, 2027, the reports shall be submitted annually. The reports shall include status updates on the department's efforts in reducing administrative burdens for enrollees and the department's progress to expand access and participation to voluntary, evidence-based maternal home visiting programs. Reports submitted under this section shall also be posted on the department's website.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
