Amendment to HB 494-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 2 with the following:
2 Appropriation; Community College System of New Hampshire; Math Learning Communities. The sum of $200,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 and the sum of $200,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, and each fiscal year thereafter are hereby appropriated to the community college system of New Hampshire for the purpose of continuing the math learning communities program in partnership with New Hampshire high schools. This appropriation shall not lapse. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
