STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 On-Premises Cocktail Lounge Licenses; Veterans' Clubs, Private Clubs, and Social Clubs; Presence of Minors. Amend RSA 178:22, V(h)(2) to read as follows:
(2)(A) No person under the age of 18 shall be in any room where liquor, beverages, and specialty beverages are sold unless accompanied by a person who is at least 21 years old and who has signed the minor or minors into the club and listed their ages. A person who is under 21 years old but is in the military does not need to be accompanied by a person 21 years old or older.
(B) Notwithstanding subparagraph (A), [except] persons under the age of [18] 21 shall be allowed in rentable rooms approved by the commission when beverages, specialty beverages, and liquor are served without a parent or guardian present at such times the club is using a supplemental license.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
