Amendment to HB 634
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT repealing the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders.
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Repealed. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 171-A:32, relative to the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders.
II. RSA 171-A:33, I(d), including a member of the council on autism spectrum disorders on the developmental services quality council.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
