Amendment to HB 653-FN

 

Amend subparagraph I(b)(1) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(1)  Programs shall have a designation of "evidence-based" provided by a national clearinghouse used by the New Hampshire Children's Behavioral Health Resource Center.
