Amendment to HB 658-FN

 

Amend the bill by replacing section 6 with the following:

 

6  Effective Date.

I.  Section 3 of this act shall take effect on January 1, 2026.

II.  Section 4 of this act shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2035.

III.  The remainder of this act shall take effect June 30, 2025.
