STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
12:1 Conservation Number Plates: Use of Funds. Amend RSA 261:97-c, I(a) to read as follows:
(a) The administration and funding of grants for preservation of significant publicly-owned historic properties. Such properties shall be at least 50 years old and listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
12:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
