AN ACT relative to childhood immunization requirements.

ANALYSIS

 

This bill provides that childhood immunization requirements shall not require a vaccine that has not been tested with an inert placebo in clinical trials.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

 

AN ACT relative to childhood immunization requirements.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Childhood Immunization Requirements.  Amend RSA 141-C:20-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV. Nothing in this section shall require a vaccine that has not been tested with an inert placebo in a clinical trial.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
