Amendment to HB 676

 

Amend RSA 194-F:14, I(a) as inserted by section 3 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(a)  I am satisfied with the education option(s) my child is utilizing as compared to the option(s) my child utilized prior to the availability of the education freedom account program.
