Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 73

 

 

This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections and a grammatical correction to the bill.

 

Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 73

 

 

Amend line 1 of RSA 12-J:2-a, I as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

I.  For the purposes of this chapter, RSA 126-A, RSA 318-B:43, RSA 328-D:3, and RSA

 

Amend line 4 of RSA 12-J:2-a, II(d) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

disposal kits, wound care supplies, medication lock boxes, education, testing, and

 

Amend lines 1 through 3 of section 3 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

3  New Subdivision; Substance Use Disorder Access Points.  Amend RSA 126-A by inserting after section 105 the following new subdivision:

126-A:106  Substance Use Disorder Access Points Established.
