Floor Amendment to SB 193-FN
Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 12-Q:3, I as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
I. No later than September 30, 2026, the head of each agency shall submit to the chair of the state commission on program efficiency and to the general court a strategic plan for program activities. Such plan shall contain the following:
