Floor Amendment to SB 72-FN
Amend RSA 169-I:7 as inserted by section 2 of the bill by inserting after subparagraph (c) the following new subparagraph:
(d) Require a health care provider to obtain parental consent, have a parent physically present at the health care facility, or inform a parent when providing health care services, including medical testing, procedures, treatment, or prescribing medicinal drugs, to a minor seeking such services, if the provider reasonably believes a crime has been committed against a minor child, or has reason to suspect that the minor child has been abused or neglected pursuant to RSA 169-C.
