Amendment to SB 73-FN
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following and renumbering the original sections 2 and 3 to read as 3 and 4, respectively:
2 Operation of Bingo Games. Amend RSA 287-E:7, XI to read as follows:
XI. Except as provided in paragraphs XIII and XV, all prizes, tokens, or awards used, given, offered or awarded in connection with any game or series of games conducted on one game date shall not exceed the total value of [$4,000] $5,000, up to $500 of which may be provided by the commercial hall.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill revises the definition and operational rules of "carry-over coverall" bingo games and increases the amount of prizes that may be awarded on a single game date.
