97:1 Bingo and Lucky 7; Definitions. Amend RSA 287-E:1, IV-a to read as follows:
IV-a. "Carry-over coverall" means a bingo game in which a prize is awarded to the player who achieves coverall within 50 or fewer balls. If no player achieves coverall , the prize accumulates and is rolled over to successive game dates.
97:2 Operation of Bingo Games. Amend RSA 287-E:7, XI to read as follows:
XI. Except as provided in paragraphs XIII and XV, all prizes, tokens, or awards used, given, offered or awarded in connection with any game or series of games conducted on one game date shall not exceed the total value of $4,000 , up to $500 of which may be provided by the commercial hall.
97:3 New Subparagraphs; Operation of Bingo Games. Amend RSA 287-E:7, XVI by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraphs:
(e) Approved game patterns may be played during the carry-over game and prior to coverall being achieved with the predetermined prizes to be paid from the accumulated carry-over.
(f) A second chance coverall may be offered after the initial coverall is achieved with a predetermined prize to be paid from the accumulated carry-over.
97:4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
