Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 87-FN

 

This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections to the bill.

 

 

Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 87-FN

 

 

Amend RSA 178:22, V(l-a)(4)(C) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 1 with the following:

 

(C)  Official approval of the chief of police as to the accessibility of the premises.

 

Amend RSA 178:22, V(l-a)(6) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 3 with the following:

 

such sale of liquor, beverages, or specialty beverages is contrary to the public interest

 

Amend RSA 178:21, III as inserted by section 4 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:

 

professional licensure and certification, pursuant to RSA 313-A:19, as a salon or barbershop, as
