Amendment to SB 89
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 Employee Restrictions; Non-Citizens. Amend RSA 179:20, I to read as follows:
I. No person, except a citizen of the United States or [legal resident alien] non-citizen who is legally authorized to work, shall be employed to sell or deliver any liquor or beverage.
