Amendment to SB 93-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to licensed nurse assistant (LNA) licensure application materials.
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Submission of Documentation. Amend RSA 326-B:19, I to read as follows:
I. Submit documentation of successful completion and certification from a board approved nursing assistant education program or submit documentation of successful completion of fundamentals of nursing curriculum or its equivalent from a board-approved nursing education program.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

This bill adds an additional option for material that can be submitted for LNA licensure.
