STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 674:79, relative to multi-family residential development on commercially zoned land definitions, and the subdivision heading preceding RSA 674:79.
II. RSA 674:80, relative to multi-family residential development on commercially zoned land.
