STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT prohibiting games in which the object is to capture a pig.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Contests Involving Pigs. Amend RSA 644 by inserting after section 8-g the following new section:
644:8-h Contests Involving Pigs. No person shall operate, run, or participate in a contest, game, or other like activity, in which a pig, greased, oiled, or otherwise, is released and where the object is the capture of the pig. Any person who violates this paragraph shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
