1 New Paragraph; Conveyances of Realty; Notification Required; Japanese Knotweed. Amend RSA 477:4-d by inserting after paragraph I the following new paragraph:
I-a. At the time of closing and in addition to the required disclosures under this section, the seller shall complete and sign a disclosure with information relative to whether Japanese knotweed is present or not on the property as of the date of sale.
2 Conveyances of Realty; Notification Required; Japanese Knotweed. Amend RSA 477:4-d, II to read as follows:
II. The fact that the information requiring disclosure regarding the private water supply system, private sewage disposal system, and insulation is not available shall also be conveyed, in writing, when such is the case.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
