1 Management of Funds. Amend RSA 100-A:15, I-a(b)(4) to read as follows:
(4) May invest in any kind of property or type of investment consistent with this section , provided these are not instruments, businesses, or any type of deposit owned by a sitting president of the United States or their family, or in which an instrument, business, or type of deposit owned by a sitting president or their family make up a share thereof .
