STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to licensed practical nurse scope of practice.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Scope of Practice; Licensed Practical Nurse. Amend RSA 326-B:13, I(a)-(c) to read as follows:
(a) Collecting data and conducting [focused] subsequent nursing assessments of the health status of clients.
(b) Planning nursing care for clients with stable conditions.
(c) Participating in the [development] evolution and modification of the registered nurse-initiated comprehensive plan of care for all types of clients.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
