Amendment to HB 1033
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT establishing a commission to study the legislative bill enrollment process and repealing the on-board diagnostics (OBD) II testing advisory committee.
Amend the bill by replacing all after section 1 with the following:
2 Repeal. RSA 266:59-b, VII, relative to the on-board diagnostics (OBD) II testing advisory committee, is repealed.
3 Prospective Repeal. RSA 14:8-a, relative to the commission to study the legislative bill enrollment process, is repealed.
I. Section 3 of this act shall take effect November 30, 2026.
II. The remainder of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
