STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT relative to permitting motor vehicle manufacturers to operate dealerships in market areas also served by franchise dealers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 357-C:3, III(k), relative to prohibiting motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors from directly competing with their own franchised motor vehicle dealers, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect June 30, 2026.
